Dr. Kassab Holly

Ilex x ‘Dr. Kassab’ is a cross between I. crenata and I. pernyi, the latter being used for several different crosses in the holly world. It has a pyramidal structure with bright red berries persisting into the winter. The branch structure is slightly horizontal, giving it some added interest in the landscape.
