INAG248: Topics in Sustainable Agriculture

Through readings, class discussions, and guest speakers, this one-credit seminar course exposes students to current trends, concerns and research in sustainable agriculture. It allows students to explore various interest areas and discuss a variety of topics as they relate to sustainable practices. This class includes field trips to Arboretum gardens, such as the Community Learning Garden.
