Maps & Tours

The University of Maryland Arboretum and Botanical Gardens work to promote the University’s commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable practices. We provide opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and visitors to increase their awareness of these ideals through hands-on volunteer events, educational signage, and internships with Arboretum staff. The Arboretum works closely with the University’s Office of Sustainability, Dining Services, the Office of Community Engagement, the School of Public Health, and other notable non-profit organizations such as the Anacostia Watershed Society and the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission to care for our environment here in College Park and in the rest of our community, state, and country.

In this menu, you will find images of some of our plants, as well as maps and ways to enjoy our campus.
