We take on humanity's grand challenges

Our education, research, scholarship and creative activities, and service are designed to accelerate solutions to humanity’s grand challenges—within our communities and around the globe.

We support pollinator and bird conservation on campus through thousands of native grasses, flowers, and trees. We combat food insecurity and social injustice by growing local food for our community and managing our water in a sustainable way.
